An Inconvenient Truth: See This Movie
Al Gore and his documentary don't sound like they would make for any sort of entertainment what so ever. It sounds like the last thing you would spend 7$ dollars to see in a theater. What is then most suprising about this movie is the way Gore presents himself: as witty, charming, and a man with a subtle current of moral outrage at the way we treat the world. His facts, in power point form, are terrifying to say the least but there is redemption and hope by the end of it. We can all do something, we all need to do something, but the biggest question, the question that everyone has thought but Al Gore was the first to pose is: should we? This is not a political problem he says, it's a moral one. And whether we choose to ignore it or not won't bother us. Just the millions that come later. This is easily the scariest movie you will see this year.
